Individuals interested in participating must submit an application by “purchasing” the Pinup Contest Application ticket and uploading three (3) professional photographs for review.
Photographs must clearly represent classic pinup and rockabilly styling, inspired by the 1940s, 1950s, or 1960s, including (but not limited to):
Classic glamour pinup
Patriotic
Mechanic or hot-rodder inspired looks
All submitted photographs must be professionally taken and aligned with the pinup aesthetic. Phone photos, casual snapshots, or images that do not meet the stated criteria will not be considered.
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of application.

All applications will be reviewed by Event Management. Acceptance into the contest is limited to twenty (20) contestants and is determined at the sole discretion of Event Management. Selected applicants will receive an acceptance email containing a personalized access code.

Beginning this year, all accepted contestants are required to submit an entry fee of $75. Upon acceptance, contestants must use their personalized access code to purchase the Pinup Contestant Ticket, which confirms participation in the contest.

Prizes and awards
Event staffing and coordination
Professional photography and contest documentation
Entry fees are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the contest.

There will be numerous opportunities for professional photos and social media moments with the crowd, vehicles, and festival activities throughout the weekend. A designated dressing room will be centrally located within the event venue.

Preliminary Round
The preliminary round will take place during the Pinup Meet & Greet on Friday evening. All contestants will be evaluated by a panel of judges based on the following criteria:Stage presence & personality

Originality
Interview
Crowd appeal
Following the preliminary round, the judges will select ten (10) contestants to advance to the finals on Saturday.
Final Round
Finalists will compete on the Mainstage Saturday evening. The reigning Miss Hot Rod Rock & Rumble will crown the new titleholder.Final judging will consider:
Stage presence & personality
Outfit
Hair & makeup
Originality
Interview
Crowd appeal
Judges’ decisions are final.
